We welcome individuals from a variety of backgrounds and work with community organizations, case managers, social workers, veterans' services and other referral partners to help people find an affordable housing option that fits their needs.
Acceptable income sources:
Social Security • SSI/SSDI • Pension Income • Employment Income • Private Pay
Our rates start at $730 per month
We accept individuals who are low to moderate care. All ADLs are outsourced to Bright Sparks Healthcare INC. We DONOT provide 24-hour medical care.
Someone has income → needs housing → cannot or does not want to pay $2000–$3,000+ for an apartment → doesn't need a nursing home → is comfortable sharing a home.
